Not only did they go above and beyond to help me find my lost barrette, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and made getting ready for an event a breeze. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the beautifully decorated sitting area were a delightful touch, creating a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a long day exploring the city. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the washing machine and dryer available for guest use were incredibly convenient. the electric kettle in the room made it easy to enjoy a hot beverage while watching the flat-screen TV in the evenings. the hotel's proximity to fantastic restaurants like Manju's and Isaac At Gloucester Street made dining out a joy, and the staff's exceptional service truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt truly pampered and well taken care of. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning in the future.
